Easy *
Short walking distances, mostly flat terrain, minimal physical effort required. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Moderate * *
A mix of flat and slightly uneven terrain, with occasional inclines. Requires a moderate level of fitness. May involve walking for an extended period or covering a bit of distance.
Difficult * * *
Longer distances, more uneven or hilly terrain. Requires a higher level of fitness, endurance, and possibly some climbing or navigating rough paths.
Expert * * * *
Long distances over difficult, uneven, or steep terrain. Suitable for those with good physical fitness and stamina. May involve challenging conditions like heat, altitude, or rugged paths.
Where are you located?
We are located on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. While our tours primarily take place in the San Juan area, we offer experiences across the entire island.

Puerto Rico is home to 19 endemic bird species.
Do I need to be an experienced birder to book with you?
Our tours are for birders of all levels, aiming to connect you with Puerto Rico’s rich biodiversity. Custom tours can be arranged for more experienced birders.
Do I need to bring my own binoculars?
You can bring your own binoculars, or we’ll provide high-quality ones for you. We’ll also provide a field guide with photos and names of the birds.
In what language are the tours?
Our tours are conducted in English, Spanish, or both simultaneously.
How can we book?
All bookings must be made through our website. For private or custom excursions, please reach out to us via our contact form, and we’ll be happy to assist you in arranging your experience.
What are the methods of payment?
All payments are processed through our webpage, and we accept most credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all of our guests, we require a minimum of 36 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation.
• Cancellations made more than 36 hours before the tour: You will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 36 hours of the tour: No refund will be issued.
• No-shows: Guests who do not show up for the tour will not be refunded.
